Through the contact form on this website we process the following data:

- Message content
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process this data solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): you reach out and expect a reply.
4. Third parties
We use the following third-party services when processing your contact request. These parties act as processors on our behalf.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: bot protection on the contact form. Cloudflare processes limited browser signals and your IP address to determine whether a request originates from a human. The generated challenge token expires after 5 minutes. For the retention period of IP addresses and other log data, please refer to Cloudflare's privacy policy. Cloudflare is based in the US and participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Microsoft Azure Logic Apps: used to forward your message to our email address. Microsoft is based in the US and uses Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for transfers outside the EU. Microsoft privacy statement.
We never sell your data to third parties or share it for marketing purposes.
5. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorised access, or misuse. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), bot protection, and restricted access to processed data.
6. Retention
Your data is not retained longer than necessary to respond to your message. Van Dijk Ontwikkeling does not actively store your data after your request has been handled.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data. Please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within four weeks.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
